Talking & Signing Show#2 is a program that goes on location to find out more about people, places and activities in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community. 

This edition  is on the Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute for the Deaf National Science Fair for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students. Middle and High School students from all across the country participate in the annual event. We interviewed Mark Sommer, a NTID Director of the Program as well as students from The Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind, The Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind and Students from the Rochester, NY area. It is a great program featuring creative young scientists.
